How can I place my order? How can I pay?

Find all the items you like and add them to your cart by pressing the "add to cart" button dedicated to the product. Proceed to checkout by clicking the shopping cart in the upright corner and click "checkout" button. After entering your shipping details, you can select your method of payment and continue to pay for your order.

My order won't go through, what should I do?

If you're still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser. Please make sure internet use is enabled in your card details. If your payment won't go through, make sure you have:

  • International & internet use enabled from credit/debit card provider
  • Sufficient amount of funds to complete the purchase
  • The same ZIP code in your shipping address as with your credit card provider
  • Latest browser version

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add Info.HomeGadgetsPlus@gmail.com to your safe sender list.

I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?

Unfortunately, we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.

Why was my order canceled?

If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.paypal.com.

I still haven't received my order! Where is it?

Our shipping time in general is 4-30 days. If you have not received your order within 40 days of your order shipment, please contact us at Info.HomeGadgetsPlus@gmail.com.

Where can I use my discount code?

All discount codes are entered during checkout. Please write your discount code to a box dedicated to the codes during checkout.  Only one code can be used per order.  If your code had a expiration date attached to it, please use it before that date.  We are unable to extend discount codes.

I could not find an answer to my problem here. What can I do?
